I was born in Brazil and have called the United States home for more than 20 years. You’re welcome to speak with me in English or Portuguese—whichever feels most natural when you’re sharing something personal.
As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner, I bring a whole-person perspective to our work together. We’ll talk through your options, make space for your questions, and build a plan around your needs.

Her background in family practice is part of a whole-person perspective. This site focuses on her mental health services; it does not imply that a psychiatric appointment replaces your primary care.
Appointments and location
Care is online, with Sheyla based in Largo and patients located throughout Florida. This website does not advertise an in-person office. Her Headway profile lists adolescents, adults, and seniors; confirm age eligibility and the fit of the requested service when booking.
Choose private self-pay scheduling through Rio Breeze or insurance scheduling through Headway. Both options are available in English and Portuguese.
